摘 要: | 零转弯半径草坪机行驶平顺性直接影响其操作舒适性品质。为了探索零转弯半径草坪机行驶平顺性的研究方法,以WBZ12219K-S零转弯半径草坪机为研究对象,利用Lagrange方程法建立了三自由度半车分析模型,以该分析模型为基础应用Mat Lab/Simulink搭建了仿真模块,并以操作者位置的加速度均方根值及加权振级作为评价指标进行了仿真计算分析。同时,在某高尔夫球场进行了实车试验,结果表明试验数据与仿真结果基本吻合,验证了仿真模型的正确性和有效性。根据评价指标与人主观感受的关系,给出了操作者对于该型号草坪机行驶平顺性的主观感受,为今后改善零转弯半径草坪机平顺性提供参考。

Simulation and Experiment Research on Ride Performance of Zero Turning Radius Mower |

Abstract: | Ride performance of ZTR ( Zero Turning Radius) mower directly influences the driving comfort.In order to study on the ride performance of ZTR mower, WBZ122919K-S ZTR mower was used as the experimental mower.A three degree of freedom model was developed using the lagrange method.The ride performance simulation model of ZTR mower was established in Matlab/Simulink based on this three degree of freedom model.The indicator is the RMS ( Root Mean Square) of acceleration of operator’ s position and the vibration level.Finally,the correctness of the simulation mod-el is verified by the experiment.According to the relationship between the evaluation index and subjective feelings, sub-jective feelings of this mower are proposed, and it is a reference for improving the ride performance of ZTR mowers in the future. |
