摘    要:为了揭示全秸秆覆盖地免耕播种机中叶片式抛送装置流场分布情况及出料直管处气流速度的影响因素,应用FLUENT软件对抛送装置进行了数值模拟,在原模型的基础上,对不同的叶片数、叶片直径、叶片倾角和叶轮转速进行对比模拟。模拟结果表明:壳体内气流速度沿叶轮径向方向由内向外逐渐升高,圆形壳体出料口处左侧的气流速度较右侧高;4叶片内部速度矢量及A截面的气流速度分布较叶片数3和5均匀;抛送叶轮转速越高、叶片直径越大,A截面气流速度越高;叶片后倾10°,更有利于秸秆物料抛送。

Abstract:Impeller blower had been simulated with FLUENT to reveal the distribution of fluid field and the influence fac -tors of air velocity on straight pipe of the impeller blower in the straw mulching no-till planter, and some contrast simula-tions of different blade number, blade diameter, blade tilt angle and rotational speed had been did on the basis of the o-riginal model.The results showed that the air velocity of inner-shell increased along the radial direction of the impeller and the air velocity of the left side was higher than the right side on the circular shell discharging mouth ;The internal ve-locity vector and the air velocity of a section of 4 blades were more uniformity than 3 blades and 5 blades;The air velocity of a section was higher when the rotational speed of the impeller was higher and the blade diameter was larger and it is more conductive to toss straw material when the blade angle was caster angle 10 °.
