果园采摘平台振动性能试验

摘    要:以果园采摘平台为研究对象,建立了人-采摘平台两个自由度的振动模型,并在不同路况、不同车况下进行低速振动试验,且通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)进行频谱分析。试验结果表明:不同路况和车况对采摘平台振动有不同程度的影响,路况对采摘平台的振动影响更明显;采摘平台的振动是低频振动,主要频率集中在0~1 6 Hz,在果品采摘运输作业中容易对果品造成损伤,应对其结构进行改进设计。

Vibration Performance Test of Orchard Picking Platform
Abstract:This paper built up Two degrees of freedom vibration mode based on people -platform interaction .Using the Fast Fourier Transform ( FFT) as the spectrum analysis method ,a vibration experiment on orchard picking platform was carried out in a low speed under different road conditions and different loads in this paper .The test results show that the different road conditions and loads have different degrees of influence on picking platform vibration .Vibration effect of road conditions for picking platform vibration effect is more obvious .Picking platform vibration is a low frequency vibra-tion, mainly concentrated in the 0~16 Hz, so it’ s easy to cause damage to fruit during the picking and transporting fruit operations and its structural design needs improvement.
