贵阳市蔬菜农药残留现状初步分析

摘    要:笔者等于2007~2009年连续3年对贵阳市市售蔬菜和无公害生产基地蔬菜进行样品抽检,对其农药污染现状分析,并对不同农药在不同蔬菜上的污染进行评价,以探明贵阳市蔬菜农药残留现状。结果表明:蔬菜农药残留超标率、捡出率呈逐年下降趋势,3年超标率为7%、6%和4%,检出率为47%、50%和35%。检出种类从高毒有机磷农药向低毒高效的拟除虫菊酯农药转变。无公害产地生产的蔬菜比市场销售蔬菜农药残留水平总体较低,其捡出率和超标率分别为32.18%和1.98%。几类蔬菜中检出农药残留种类各有差异,白菜类农药残留主要有氯氰菊酯,占了检出农药总数的23%;茄果类主要检出三唑酮(16%);甘蓝类主要检出甲氰菊酯(19%)。

Abstract:The present status of pesticide residues in vegetables from markets and pollution - free vegetables bases in Guiyang City is peliminarily investigated during the past three years. The results demonstrated that the detection rate of pesticides and unqualified rate of vegitables were consecutively declined, whoes annual rates of exceeding pesticides were 7.00% , 6.00% and 4.00% , and deteetion rates are 47.00%, 50.00% and 35.00%, respectively during the past three years. The type of pesticides detected diversified from organophosphorus to pyrethroid. The pesticide residue levels in vegetables from pollution -free farms were lower than that from ordinary markets, whoes detection rate and unqualified rate are 32.18% and 1.98%, respectively. Additionally, the types of pesticide varied among vegetable types, for example, cypermethrin were mainly detected in cabbage, which accounted for 23.00% of the detected pesticide types. Triadimefon was chiefly in eggplant, accounting for 16.00% of the total.
