波尔山羊与关中奶山羊级进杂交后代的生长发育研究

摘    要:对波尔山羊与关中奶山羊级山羊级进杂交后代的生长发育性状进行了初步研究。结果表明:杂交一代(F1)羊与波尔山羊的初生重差异不显著(P〉0.05),1,2,3月龄F1代羊的体重比同龄波尔山羊高,且差异达显著水平(P〈0.05)。F1代羊的体尺指标明显大于同龄波尔山羊,其中胸围差异显著(P〈0.05)。杂交二代(F2)羊与纯种波尔山羊相比,各项指标差异不显著(P〉0.05),与同龄F1代羊相比,1、2、3月龄的体重,体尺指标差异显著(P〈0.05),杂交三代(F3)羊的体重体尺均大于同龄波尔山羊,趋同于同龄F1代羊。波尔山羊与关中奶山羊的F1代羊日增重均高于同龄波尔山羊,F2代羊的日增重比同龄波尔山羊稍高,与同龄F1代羊相比,其日增重速度明显低于同龄F1代羊。F3代羊的日增重基本与同龄波尔山羊一致,说明波尔山羊与关中奶山羊杂交,其后代羊在生长发育性能方面具有明显的杂交优势,F1代羊生长发育速度快,而F2、F3代羊生长发育速度减慢,在F1代进行横交固定,是培育高生产性能的肉用山羊新品种(系)的重要方法。

Abstract:In this research the growth and development traits was tested in descendants by grading hybridization from Boar goat and Guan zhong dairy goat.The results are as follows: The birth weight was not significant between F_1 goats and Boar goats.At 1,2 and 3 month,the weight of F_1 goat is higher than Boar goat in the same age and the difference is significant(P<0.05).The physical measure traits of F_1 goats are greatly higher than Boar goat.Especially,the difference of heart girth is significant(P<0.05) between the two goats.The difference is not significant between F_2 goats and purebred in weight and physical measure traits.The F_1 goats are higher than F_2 goats in body weight and body length and the difference is significant(P<0.05).The F_3 goats body weight and body length are higher than Boar goats in same age and this is as the same as F_1 goats.Daily gain of F_1 goats and F_2 goats are higher than Boar goats.Daily gain of F_2 goats is greatly slower than that of F_1 goats.Daily gain of F_3 goats are accord with F_1 goats.Which indicated that: there are remarkable heterosis between Boar goat and Guan zhong dairy goat in growth and development traits.The speed of growth and development are quick in F_1 goats and became slower in F_2 goats and F_3 goats.According the findings,it is an important method in creating a new line to select in F_1 goat.
