白菜类作物资源群体结构分析

摘    要:采用SSR标记和SRAP标记方法对64份白菜类蔬菜作物进行研究分析,运用structure 软件统计分析标记数据,结果表明白菜类蔬菜资源真实存在3个组群,组群1和组群2间距离较近,其中组群3的遗传多样性更丰富。

Abstract:SSR and SRAP were used to the genetic diversity of 18 accessions of Brassica rapa from China, then the data matrice was analyzed by the software of Structure 2.1. The result showed: three distinct gene pools exist among 18 accessions of Brassica rapa, the first is closer to the second, the third is the highest level of genetic diversity.
