| Abstract: | In the paper, analyses the composition of university teachers＇ teaching ability and the characteristics of teachers＇ teaching ability in new undergraduate colleges and universities, analyses the restriction and influence of the improvement for teachers＇ teaching ability in the newly built colleges and universities, such as school- running Orientation, the management of teaching quality, teachers＇ training,organizational culture and so on. |
