| 摘 要： | 高校在“三支一扶”计划推进中存在重传统专业,轻创新专业；重教学环节、轻实践环节；重专业学习、轻服务学习；重招生数量、轻培养质量；重信息发布、轻解读宣传等问题倾向,高校必须以教育改革为突破口,优化人才培养机制、完善大学生职业生涯辅导机制、加强服务基层激励机制,主动对接“三支一扶”计划.

| Abstract: | During the＂ Three Supports and One Assistance ＂ plan, colleges often think highly of traditional ma- jors, professional learning, information release, but despising new majols, practicing , service learning, training quality and policy publicity. Colleges must take education reform as a breakthrough, optimize the personnel training system, perfect the mec hanism of college students＇ career counseling, strengthen grassroots＇ incentive mec ~hanism to dock the ＂ Three Supports and One Assistance ＂ plan. |
