不同方法提取人参茎叶皂苷工艺研究

摘    要:为优化人参茎叶皂苷提取工艺,分别采用加热回流、超声波、微波三种提取方法,通过正交试验法优化其工艺参数.结果表明,微波法提取效果最佳,其优化工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为20倍,微波时间为20min,微波温度70℃,此时人参茎叶皂苷提取率可达到7.81%.

Abstract:In order to optimize the extraction process of saponins in stems and leaves of Panax g/nseng, used three extraction methods of heating reflux method, ultrasonic method, microwave method to optimizing the process by oxth%,onal test. The re.suits showed that the best technology for microwave extinction were that ethanol concentration 70%, ratio of material to liquid for 20 times, the microwave time 20min, microwave temperature 70 ℃, and the ex- traction rate could reach 7.81%.
