摘    要:推进制造强国战略成为我国的国家战略,其中智能制造是加快建设制造强国的主攻方向。在推进智能制造发展的同时,对制造业人才培养提出的新的需求和挑战。本文遵循“群体培养与多元发展相统一、工程实践与科学思维相统一”的人才培养理念,从确定人才培养目标、多学科交叉融合的课程体系、工程训练实践项目教学新模式和构建智能制造信息化平台等方面探索技术融合和系统集成式创新人才培养模式,培养满足国家战略发展的智能制造复合型人才。

Abstract:Advancing the strategy of building a manufacturing powerhouse has become a national priority for China, with intelligent manufacturing being the key focus. Alongside the promotion of intelligent manufacturing, new demands and challenges have emerged for talent cultivation in the manufacturing industry. This paper follows the talent cultivation concept of "integrating group training with diversified development and integrating engineering practice with scientific thinking." It explores the integration of technology and system integration-based innovative talent cultivation models from the perspectives of defining talent cultivation objectives, interdisciplinary curriculum systems, innovative teaching models for engineering training projects, and the construction of an intelligent manufacturing information platform. The aim is to cultivate integrated talents in intelligent manufacturing that meets the needs of national strategic development.
