| 摘 要： | 以清热燥湿、凉血解毒、泻火止痢为组方原则研制中药复方,观察其对牛病毒性腹泻的治疗效果。选择河北省邢台地区某奶牛场的腹泻成年牛、犊牛各80头为治疗对象。试验犊牛、成年牛均随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用中药方剂煎汤灌服,犊牛100 g/次～150 g/次,成年牛300 g/次～500 g/次,每天1次～2次,连用3 d～5 d。对照组,犊牛、成年牛按牛场常规使用病毒唑配合庆大霉素治疗方法给药。试验结果表明,中药复方对犊牛腹泻有效率为90%,治愈率为70%;对成年病例有效率为95%,治愈率为75%。中药复方治疗牛病毒性腹泻效果较好。
