红提和夕阳红葡萄的抗盐性测定

摘    要:为研究红提和夕阳红2个葡萄品种的抗盐性,在不同盐浓度、不同盐处理时间的胁迫下,研究了葡萄新梢内的叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸的含量。结果表明:2个品种的叶绿素含量随时间和浓度的增大而减少;除红提在0.3%的盐浓度处理下丙二醛含量高于0.6%盐浓度处理外,丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量均随时间和浓度的增大而增加。

Abstract:The contents of chlorophyll,MDA and proline in young grape sprout under salt stress were studied to explore salt resistance of red grape and Xiyanghong grape.The results showed that the chlorophyll content decreased with the increase of time and salt concentration.The contents of MDA and proline increased with the increase of time and concentration except that the MDA content in red grape under 0.3% salt stress was higher than under 0.6% salt stress.
