| 摘 要： | 我国传统的耕整地机械由于工作性能单一、作业层次低等原因已无法满足现阶段农田耕整地要求。为此,介绍一种新型联合整地机系列,它根据幅宽以及工作部件配置方式不同可组成18种不同机型。该系列机具采用多种工作部件联合作业,进地一次可完成平整土地、松土、碎土和镇压4道工序。该系列机型具有通用性好、结构新颖、作业质量好等特点。至2010年新疆已累计推广应用该系列机型1万台,累计作业面积600万hm2多,市场占有率达到82%以上。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of combined preparation machine.It can constitute 18 different models according to the work breadth and different configuration of workpieces.It uses various working parts that work together.And this machine can complete four working processes such as soil preparation,loosening the soil,soil breaking and compacting soil when it works.There are some good characteristic of the machine that it has a new structure,high productivity,good quality of working and conservation of energy.It is accumulative that there were 10000 machines popularize and used in Xinjiang until 2010,more than 60 million hectare fields cultivated and market share had up to 82%. |
