人工湿地污水处理对三种植物幼苗叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘    要:为探讨在工人湿地污水处理条件下植物幼苗叶片的光合反应机制,通过模拟人工湿地,对薏米、文殊兰和蜘蛛兰幼苗进行污水淹灌处理,采用PAM-2000叶绿素荧光仪分别对生长在人工湿地和陆地自然条件下植物幼苗的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定和比较分析。结果表明:在人工湿地条件下,三种植物幼苗叶片的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)显著降低;同时,在人工湿地环境下三种植物的Fv、Fm和qP极显著低于陆地生境对照的相应值,qN值则极显著高于对照的相应值.因此,在人工湿地环境下,植物幼苗叶片的PSII反应中心结构和功能遭到破坏而部分关闭,光合电子传递受阻,光能利用与光化学转化能力下降,吸收的光能更多的以热能形式耗散。此外,不同植物间的荧光参数具有明显的差别,以蜘蛛兰的各项荧光参数值较薏米和文殊兰高,日降低低或升高的幅度均低于其他植物。可见蜘蛛兰适应人工湿地环境的能力强于其他两种植物。
