摘    要:研究了在体积分数为0.05、0.075和0.1的聚乙二醇(PEG)处理下,水分胁迫对番木瓜(Carica papaya L.)幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响.结果表明,随着水分胁迫强度的增大,番木瓜叶片的相对电导率、饱和脂肪酸含量、乙烯释放率和脂氧合酶(LOX)活性均有不同程度的提高,不饱和脂肪酸含量及脂肪酸不饱和指数降低.水分胁迫下其相对电导率和LOX活性均与乙烯的生物合成有密切关系.

Abstract:Changes of membrance lipid peroxidation of Papaya (Carica papaya L. cv. suizhonghong) Seedlings were studied under hydroponic culture with different water stress levels by 50 mL/L, 75 (mL/L) and 100 mL/L PEG treatment, respectively. The results showed that relative electrical conduction, LOX activity, ethylene release rate and saturated fatty acid increased with the increase of water stress, while the unsaturated fatty acid and IUFA decreased. Both of LOX activity and relative electrical conduction were closely related with biological synthesis of ethylene.
