摘    要:重楼因其所具有抗肿瘤的作用备受关注,目前国外已对其进行了研究开发,近年来我国对重楼研究也逐渐深入,根据对重楼内生真菌群落的研究得出其随物种基因型、生长部位、生长环境不同而亦不同,同时重楼内生真菌也是影响植物的生长、代谢、所含化学成分的重要指标之一,甚至对重楼的药效成分含量也会产生显著的影响。本文通过比较重楼的不同生长环境对真菌群落多样性的影响并对其进行了综述,为挖掘重楼的功能菌群,同时也为重楼属内生菌对其代谢产物的合成调控产生的影响及产生机制提供研究基础,进一步为挖掘应用陕西产重楼属的药用植物资源奠定了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Paris polyphylla Smith has been attracting attention due to its anti-tumor properties, and it is currently being studied and developed in foreign countries. In recent years, the endophytic fungi of Paris polyphylla has also been gradually studied in China. This study on the endophytic fungi of the Paris polyphylla Smith showed that the endophytic fungi of the Paris polyphylla Smith varied based on the genotype, growth site, and growth environment. Endophytic fungi were found to be an important indicators affecting the growth, metabolism and chemical composition of plants, and even had a significant impact on the content of medicinal ingredients.In this paper,we summarized the effect of different growth environments on the fungi community diversity of Paris polyphylla Smith. The findings in this paper provide a basic for studying the impact of Paris polyphylla Smith endophytes on synthesis and regulation of its metabolite and lay a foundaiton for further utilizing medicinal plant resources of Paris polyphylla Smith in shaanxi.
