| 摘 要： | 江西是我国水土流失较严重的省份之一。通过分析认为水土流失与经济贫困相互影响,互为因果。水土流失恶化生态环境,加剧了经济贫困;而贫困导致人们向大自然过度索取,又加速了水土流失。搞好水土保持是实现水土流失区群众脱贫致富奔小康的重要基石,是从根本上解决贫困问题的突破口。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi is one of the provinces for severe soil and water loss.The paper deems that soil and water loss and impoverished economy are influenced each other and interact as both cause and effect through analysis.Soil and water loss has deteriorated ecological environment,worsen the impoverished economy and;poverty resulted in over extorting from the nature and worsen the soil and water loss again.For the soil and water loss region,well conducting soil and water conservation is the most important for the local people to shake off poverty and build up a fortune and also a breach to solve the poverty issue fundamentally. |
