摘    要:桑花叶型萎缩病已成为桑树重要的病害之一,其主要病原是桑类病毒。为了探索该病的传染途径,进行了田间调查和病原检测试验。结果表明,该病传播不但与苗木、嫁接、病株汁液密切相关外,也与土壤、花粉、果实有关;进一步通过RT-PCR检测,在病树的花、果实和病毒污染的土壤栽培的桑树花、叶中检测到病原体小分子RNA,因此认为桑花叶型萎缩病可通过土壤、花、果实传染。这对类病毒侵染循环规律研究和防止病原扩散提供了一个新思路。

Abstract:The mulberry mosaic dwarf disease became one of the important disease in mulberry, and its pathogen was demonstrated to be a viroid. To reveal the infection routes of the disease, much field experiments and the tests of pathogen detection were analyzed. The results indicated that the transmission was closely related to not only the nursery-grown plant, grafting, and the flowing from infected plants, but also the soil, pollen and fruits. Further tests of molecular diagnosis by RT-I?CR, the small molecule RNA pathogen was de- termined from the pollen, the flower, the leaves and the fruits of infected plant. Therefore, mulberry mosaic dwarf diseased could be transmitted by the soil, the fruit and the pollen. The results provided a new way to study the circulation role of viroid infection, mean- while provided a new approach to prevention of pathogen proliferation.
