榅桲子叶不定芽再生研究初报

摘    要:以榅桲子叶为试材,研究了基本培养基、激素组合等对榅桲子叶初代培养、继代培养和生根培养的影响.结果表明:初代培养基以1/4MS 6-BA 5.0 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L,诱导效果最好,芽诱导率达75.0%;继代培养基以MS 6-BA 0.6 mg/L IBA 0.2 mg/L,组培苗叶绿,舒展;生根培养基蘸IBA 50.0 mg/L,时间3 s,30 d生根率最高,可达75%;驯化移栽,以锯末为介质,成活率为78%.

Abstract:The effect of different culture medium,hormone combinations,etc.on primary culture,successive cultivation,rooting cultivation was studied with cotyledon of Cydonia oblonga Mill as test materials.The results showed that the best primary medium is 1/4MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L.The induction rate of bud reached 75.0%.The better successive culture medium is MS+6-BA 0.6 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L,with green and grown bud.Rooting medium 1/2MS that is IBA 50.0 mg/L shoots for 3 s can reache 75% the highest rootage rate....
