山野豌豆种子生物学特性及形态特征研究

摘    要:山野豌豆种子的形态特征、萌发和休眠特性及萌发吸水规律进行了研究,并在温室条件下对山野豌豆的幼苗生长发育特性进行了初步观察。结果表明,山野豌豆种子呈球形、椭球形、卵圆形,表面呈棕揭色、墨绿色,且表面有黑色线状或点状斑纹;种脐呈线形,近种子颜色或较浅;山野豌豆种子具有较高的硬买特性,不同生境条件下的种子硬买休眠程度存在差异,自然状态下种子硬买率为87%~89%;机械破皮处理可有效地破除硬买,发芽率可提高到70%~96%;山野豌豆种子萌发的适宜温度为15~25℃ ,最低温度巧℃,最高温度25℃;吸水率超过120%时种子开始发芽。

Abstract:The seed morphological feature, germination and dormancy feature, water absorption regulation of Vicia amoena Fisch L. were studied. The seeding growth characteristic was observed in green house. The results showed that the seed of Vicia amoena Fisch L. was sphere ,spheroidicity and oval. The appearance of seed was sepia and atrovirens and its surface had black line or punctiform stripe. The hilum was linear and the color was lighter near the seed. The seed of Vicia amoena Fiseh L. were much stronger in hard seed character,its hard seed rate was 87%-89% ;Mechanical damage could break hard seed and hasten germination,after manipulation of seeds,the germination percent was increased to 70%-96%.The optimal temperature was 15-25 ℃ ,the lowest temperature was 15 ℃ ,the highest temperature was 25 ℃. The seed began germination when water absorption exceeded 120%.
