摘    要:研究了不同嫁接方式对黄瓜双根嫁接苗成活率、生物学特性及其植株抗病性的影响。结果表明:以津优35号黄瓜为接穗,白籽南瓜+黑籽南瓜作为砧木,其成活率、平均株高、平均真叶数均以靠接+靠接苗为最大,分别为91.00%、15.8cm、3.0片。以津优36号黄瓜和津优38号黄瓜为接穗,以黑籽南瓜+白籽南瓜为砧木,均采用靠接+靠接方式,其成活率分别为90.66%、91.33%。经嫁接后,黄瓜植株枯萎病发病率明显下降,其中双根嫁接苗控制在0~5.0%。

Abstract:The influences of different grafting patterns on surviving rates and biological properties in cucumber seedings of double root were studied.The results showed that surviving rate, average plant height and average real leaves numbers of near-grafting+near-grafting cucumber seedings was the largest, was 91.00%, 15.8 cm, 3.0 respectively, and no apparent difference existed in terms of average plant width under four kinds of different grafting patterns on the basis of scion - "Jinyou No. 35" cucumber and stock - "black seed pumpkin+white seed pumpkin". The surviving rates of near-grafting+near-grafting seedings were 90.66%, 91.33% respectively. After being grafted, withering discase rate of cucumber plants descented apparently(0-5.0%).
