| 摘 要： | 高等教育通向农村是建设社会主义新农村的必然选择。高等教育通向农村对于促进农民现代产业意识觉醒、农民增收、转变农村经济形态以及加快农村现代化建设步伐有重大现实意义。鉴于目前高等教育通向农村仍存在体制、机制与政策等方面的障碍,建议采取有效措施,从更新理念、调整政策、改革体制等方面入手,扫除高等教育通向农村的障碍因素,确保高等教育通向农村道路的畅通,为加快社会主义新农村建设做出更大贡献。

| Abstract: | The higher education serving the countryside is an inevitable choice for the socialist new countryside construction.The higher education to the countryside has practical significance on awakening the farmers' modern industrial consciousness,increasing the farmers' income,transforming the rural economic status and speeding up the modernization of the countryside.Effective measures should be taken to eliminate the barriers to the higher education to the countryside,such as renewing ideas,adjusting policies,and reforming the system,so that we can make sure that the higher education can smoothly reach the countryside and make more contribution to the socialism new countryside construction. |
