平阳霉素对小麦幼胚愈伤组织发生及其植株再生的影响

摘    要:本试验研究了不同浓度的平阳霉素对小麦幼胚离体培养条件下愈伤组织发生及植株再生的影响。结果表明:1.0~1.5mm长的幼胚,在MS+2,4—D2mg/L+NAAO.5mg/L+CH200mg/L固体培养基上,10~40μg/ml的平阳霉素可作为对小麦幼胚外植体离体培养时的适宜诱变浓度。

Abstract:The effects of Pingyanmycin on callus induction and plantlet regeneration of wheat immature embryo in vitro culture were studied. After wheat immature embryos were treated with different concentrations of pingyanmycin for 8 hours their callus induction rate showed significantly no difference. But both characteristics of callus and rate of the plantlet regeneration did not show significantly difference from the check. The influence of 1 ug/ml Pingyanmycin on the immature embroys was not evident; 80ug/ml could cause the callus of embroys to be death; 10-40 (ug/ml was the optimal concentration of induced mutation for wheat immature embroys in vitro culture.
