| 摘 要： | 为找出适合莲雾扦插繁殖的植物生长调节剂及其适宜浓度,分析了吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)等植物生长调节剂对莲雾扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明,不同植物生长调节剂对莲雾插枝繁殖的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的不同浓度也有不同影响。与CK对比,IAA和NAA促进莲雾扦插繁殖(包括生根与新梢生长)的最佳浓度均为150mg/L,IBA和6-BA的最佳浓度分别为200mg/L和90mg/L,其中,150mg/L IAA对莲雾扦插繁殖的促进效果最好。

| Abstract: | The effects of different kinds of plant growth regulators such as IAA,IBA,NAA and 6-BA etc on cutting propagation of S.samarangense were analyzed to explore the optimal plant growth regulator and its suitable concentration.The results showed that the effect differed from different kinds of plant growth regulators on cutting propagation of S.samarangense,and even different concentrations of the same plant growth regulator had different influence too.Compared with CK,the treatment with 150 mg/L IAA,150 mg/L NAA,200 mg/L IBA and 90 mg/L 6-BA could obviously enhance cutting propagation,including rootage and shoot growth.Among them,150 mg/L IAA could promote cutting propagation of S.samarangense best. |
