干旱胁迫对柳树的生长和生理影响

摘    要:以垂柳幼苗为试验材料,研究模拟干旱胁迫对其叶片电解质渗透率、丙二醛(MDA)、相对含水量(RWC)、脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在模拟干旱胁迫条件下,叶片电解质渗透率均有上升的趋势,叶片相对含水量较之对照组均出现了不同程度的下降;叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量变化相似,均较之对照组出现了不同程度的上升,并且模拟干旱胁迫越严重,丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量上升的越显著。

Abstract:Taking weeping willow as experimental materials, the impact of drought stress on electrolyte leakage, MDA , RWC and Pro was analyzed. The results showed that electrolyte leakage of processing plants by simulated drought stress had upward trend. RWC of leaves to be processed declined in different degree than that of control. MDA and Pro had simil changes and had suffered different degrees of increase. The more severe drought stress,the more significant increase of MDA and Pro content.
