蛇足石杉的生态环境研究进展

蛇足石杉是石杉属植物中石杉碱甲含量较高的物种,石杉碱甲对改善记忆和抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性有显著作用而引起世界广泛关注,对蛇足石杉研究逐步深入。蛇足石杉野生资源极其有限,且近几年遭到严重破坏,繁殖研究相对落后,野生资源远远不能满足需求。蛇足石杉分布于全国20多个省市,生长环境千差万别。通过总结国内外对蛇足石杉生长的温度、湿度、光照、土壤等环境条件以及内生真菌的研究,旨在找出生境的相似性和差异性以及蛇足石杉内生真菌、优势种群对蛇足石杉生长的影响,便于深入研究蛇足石杉的繁殖,以利于资源保护和野生抚育。

The Growth Environmental and Symbiotic Relation Between Fungi and Huperzia serrata

Huperzia serrata is used to treat disease extensively because the Hup A that was isolated from it is a selective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.Now it has become well known worldwide,and more and more intensive studies have been made in recent years.The wild resources of Huperzia serrata(Thunb.)Trev.are not abundance because of the extensive collection and the difficulty of propagation.It can grow in more than 20 provinces in China,but the total quantity is small because it request specific growth environment.The studies on growth environment and endophytic fungi of Huperzia serrata were introduced in this paper.It is very useful to protect the resource and tend wildly by finding the suitable environment and endophytic fungi.
