Thoughts on How to Improve Teaching and Administration of Public Optional Courses

This paper discusses some issues in the public optional courses in Shihezi University and the suggestions to solve the problems in teaching.To improve the knowledge structure and to increase the comprehensive quality of the students,it is very important to make full use of the teaching sources and encourage the able teachers to offer more courses and to reform the contents and test methods.Meanwhile,what need to do is to establish a proper optional course evaluation system and to change teaching administration model.
