| Abstract: | This paper deals with the problems concerning the orientation, selection, management and employment of ideological counselors in higher education institutes. It first analyzes such shortcomings as academic credential-oriented selection, short-run employment and simplistic management, and then offers proposals on how to perfect appraisal mechanism, multi-level employment and management of the team and on how to make them professionalized and specialized. |
