摘    要:本文根据问卷调查资料对杭州居民的茶叶消费行为进行研究,从消费需求、购买动机和购买活动等几方面揭示杭州居民茶叶消费的特点,分析影响居民茶叶消费的主要因素,为茶叶营销策略的制订提供参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the information derived from the questionaire survey, the citizens' tea consumption characteristics including consumption demand,purchasing motivation and activity were revealed, also the main factors affecting the tea consumption were ascertained. The consumption behavior of Hangzhou citizens would provide references for tea marketing strategies.
