万州烤烟烟叶质量状况分析

对重庆万州2011年烤烟3个部位烟叶的外观质量、化学成分、评吸质量进行了测定分析,结果表明:烤烟颜色在橘黄、柠檬黄色域;成熟度在"成熟"或"完熟"档次;叶片结构疏松,身份中等,油分以上、中部叶多,下部叶有;色度上、中部叶属于"浓"档次,下部叶属于"中"档次;上、中部叶的糖碱比值较以往有所增大,使得烟叶吸味和刺激性间的平衡较好。由此可知,万州烤烟香气质较好、香气量较足、杂气有或较轻、刺激性有或微有、余味尚舒适至较舒适,这些烟叶质量指标均处于工业可用性范围之内。

Analysis of Quality Condition of Flue - cured Tobacco Leaf in Wanzhou

The appearance quality, chemical compositions, sensory quality of flue - cured tobacco leaves in Wanzhou, Chongqing in 2011 were determined and analyzed. The results showed that： the tobacco color varied from orange to lemon yellow; the maturity grade was ＂mature＂ or ＂completely mature＂ ; the leaves had loose structure and medium identity; the upper and middle leaves had more oil content, while bottom leaves had little oil content; the chroma of upper and middle leaves belonged to ＂strong＂, while that of bottom leaves belonged to ＂medium＂ ; the sugar - alkali ratio of upper and middle leaves increased to some extent as compared with the previous ratio, and made the balance between tobacco leaf smell and irritation better. Therefore, the flue - cured tobacco leaves in Wanzhou had better aroma quality, more sufficient aroma quantity, light or lighter mixed gas, a little or little irri- tation, and comfortable or more comfortable aftertaste. The values of these tobacco leaf quality indexes were all in the scope of in- dustrial usability.
