| 摘 要： | 生物活性多糖广泛存在于动物、植物及微生物细胞壁中,可以参与生物体的免疫调节。笔者对大枣中活性多糖的结构、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等药理活性进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Active polysaccharides,which have special physiological activity,are widely present in animals,plants and microbial cell walls in organisms.The structure of the jujube polysaccharides were summarized,and the polysaqccharide antioxidant,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor and other pharmacological activity are discussed. |
