| 摘 要： | 目的]为优良益生菌的开发提供理论依据。方法]以采自中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所鸡舍附近的土壤样品为材料,采用稀释平板法对其中的菌株进行分离与纯化培养,并对分离菌株的生理生化特性和淀粉酶活性进行测定。结果]从土壤样品中分离到一株芽孢杆菌（编号为P-31）,结合16S rDNA测序、系统发育树分析和生理生化鉴定结果,确定该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌,其16S rDNA GeneBank登录号为GU271136;水解酶活性测定结果显示,该菌株具有产蛋白酶和淀粉酶的活性。结论]该研究所分离的菌株P-31具有良好的益生菌开发前景。
