摘    要:目前,中国对于蔬菜中农药残留的测定技术己获得巨大的进展,但对于复杂实验中的多种类农药残留成分的精确的分析还有待提高。本研究从实际问题出发,以气相色谱仪器为工具,建立蔬菜中农药残余的定性定量分析方法,测定日常食用黄瓜中农药残留含量。

Abstract:At present, the techology of pesticide residues in vegetables in China has obtained great progress, but many kinds of pesticide residue composition precise analysis in complex experiments should also be further development. This paper embarked from the practical problem use the gas chromatograph as a tool,for establish a qualitative and quantitative method of pesticide residues in vegetables by using the useful information provided by gas chromatograph analysis technology, and to determine the pesticide residue content in daily edible cucumber.
