摘    要:以黄瓜为试验植物,以木耳废弃菌糠浸提液为无土栽培基质,研究菌糠浸提液替代化学营养液的可行性及在园艺疗法中的实际应用。将培育好的蔬菜幼苗去育苗土后分别放入盛有菌糠浸提液、药剂营养液和清水的栽培盆中无土培养,用给氧泵保证植物供氧;定期调查试验植物的农艺性状(茎粗、株高及植株鲜重),分析比较试验植物在菌糠浸提液、营养液和清水中生长状况差异及其显著性。结果表明:与清水比较,试验植物在菌糠浸提液和化学营养液中须根多长势较好,且差异极显著;菌糠浸提液在有机栽培可替代化学营养液,在园艺治疗中具有应用前景。

Abstract:Cucumber was used as experimental plant and the spent mushroom substrate was used as soilless medium to study the feasibility of replacing nutrient solution with mushroom substrate and its application in horticultural therapy. Methods: being washed out of the soil, the vegetable seedlings were cultured in mushroom substrate leaching solution, nutrient solution and water respectively, and the oxygen pump is used to supply oxygen. The agronomic traits of experimental plants(stem diameter, plant height and plant fresh weight) were measured periodically. Conclusion: compared with water , the plant grew better in the leaching solution and nutrient solution, and the difference is significant obviously. It indicated that the leaching solution can replace the nutrient solution and have utilized potential in organic cultivation and horticultural treatment.
