| 摘 要： | 以160只1日龄健康艾维因肉鸡为试材,研究在低磷饲粮中添加植酸酶（60 IU/kg）对其生长性能及养分消化率的影响。结果表明,添加植酸酶对肉仔鸡的日增重、耗料增重比、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率无显著影响（P〉0.05）,但能显著提高饲粮中钙和磷的消化率（P〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | With 160 one-day-old Avian chickens as the tested materials,the effects of phytase(60 IU/kg) added in low phosphorus diets on their growth performance and nutrient digestibility were studied.The results showed that the phytase had no significant effects on daily weight gain,ratio of feed to weight gain and the digestibilities of crude protein and crude fat(P>0.05),but it could increase the digestibilities of calcium and phosphorus in diet(P<0.05). |
