| 摘 要： | 农业信息化的关键在于应用，而应用的关键在于人才.我国农业信息化迫切需要一批既懂现代信息技术和现代化农业技术，又善于经营现代信息产业的高级专业人才.基于我国农业信息化的现状，通过分析信息化社会农业信息人才应具备的知识结构，针对目前农业信息人才培养和教育现状，提出培养不同层次信息人才的模式.

| Abstract: | The key to apply information in agriculture is the talent of agricultural information. Our agriculture based on information demands urgently certain talents who not only master informational and agricultural technology, but also are good at managing informational industry. Based on the present condition of informational agriculture and cultivation in talents with information knowledge in our country, this article analysis the knowledge structure that talents with information knowledge should have, and proposes the mode on how to cultivate talents with agricultural information in various levels. |
