| 摘 要： | 目的：观察博宁(帕米膦酸二钠)对恶性肿瘤椎骨转移的疗效。方法：对临床确诊的晚期恶性肿瘤椎骨转移患者45例应用博宁治疗1疗程后，观察骨痛缓解、活动能力改善以及病灶变化和骨折的发生情况。结果：博宁治疗后骨痛的止痛有效率为84．4％，活动能力改善有效率为66.7％，病灶控制率为36．5％，病理性骨折发生率下降为11．1％。结论：博宁对转移性椎骨肿瘤的严重的骨痛有确切的疗效，有控制病灶的作用，长期应用会出现骨修复，减少骨并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of pamidronate in metastatic spinal tumor.Methods:Forty five patients with spinal metastases were treated with pamidronate(Bomin).Pain,activity,bone lesion response and pathological fracture of all patients were recorded after 3 month treatment.Results:With Bonin therapy,38 patients(84.4%) had pain relief,30 patients (66.7%) had activity improvement,and 15 patients(36.5%) showed partial response of the bone lesions.The incidence of pathological spinal fracture after Bonin therapy was obviously lower than that before therapy( 11.1% vs 31.1%, P< 0.05).Conclusion:Since Bonin is able to alleviate cancer induced bone pain,and to improve bone metastases,it should be used as treatment for bone metastases from various cancers.
