摘    要:植物细胞质雄性不育(plant cytoplasmic male sterility,CMS)在自然界中普遍存在,它是植物在有性繁殖过程中产生非正常花粉、花药或者雄配子体而形成的一种可以遗传给后代的现象,近年来在生产实践中发挥了巨大作用,逐渐成为研究热点。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,越来越多的技术手段被应用到研究CMS中。前人研究结果已证实CMS和线粒体有关。现今已分离到了与CMS相关的基因或片段,并开发出了与不育性状和恢复基因连锁的分子标记。本文就上述研究的相关进展进行概括论述。
