安徽省城乡融合发展水平测度与分析

城乡融合是新时代背景下处理城乡关系的重要举措,同时也是实现乡村振兴战略的重要突破口。安徽省2006-2018年城乡融合发展水平测度与分析结果表明：安徽省城乡融合发展水平总体呈上升趋势,但存在阶段性的波动现象;安徽省城乡融合发展水平可分为探索、尝试、完善三个阶段;在三个阶段中,城乡社会融合一级指标层对总体水平的贡献较大,城乡人均可支配收入比、城乡最低生活保障比、城乡通讯差异度、人均绿地面积、财政支出中环保占比是影响安徽省城乡融合发展水平的主要因素。

Measurement and Analysis of Anhui Urban-Rural Integration Development

Urban-rural integration is an important action to deal with the urban-rural relation in the New Era,and is also an important breakthrough to realize the rural revitalization. The measurement and analysis of the urban-rural integration development of Anhui Province from 2006 to 2018 show that:the integration development is on the rise on the whole, but periodic fluctuations still exist; the integration development can be divided into three stages-exploring, experimenting and improving; in the three stages, the primary indicators make a greater contribution to the integration development, and the urban-rural per capita disposable income ratio, urban-rural minimum subsistence allowance ratio, urban-rural communication difference, per capita green area and proportion of environmental protection in fiscal expenditure, are the main factors affecting the integration development.
