就业质量对农民工主观幸福感的影响及其作用机制——基于CHIP2013的实证分析

基于CHIP2013全国调查数据，引入家庭消费能力和风险应对能力两个家庭发展能力的中介变量，探讨就业质量对农民工主观幸福感的影响及其作用机制。研究发现，一方面，就业质量能够显著提升农民工的主观幸福感，具体表现为就业质量每增加1个单位，农民工主观幸福感提升1.1%。另一方面，家庭发展能力在就业质量与农民工主观幸福感之间起到中介作用，中介比例达到47.73%。其中，家庭消费能力的中介比例约为40.56%，高于家庭风险应对能力的中介比例，其对农民工主观幸福感的间接提升作用更为明显。

Impact of Employment Quality on Migrant Workers' Subjective Well-Being and Its Mechanism: An Empirical Analysis Based on CHIP 2013

Based on the data from the national survey CHIP 2013 and introducing two mediating variables of family development capacity-family consumption capacity and risk coping capacity,this paper studies the impact of employment quality on migrant workers'' subjective well-being as well as its mechanism. The results show that, on the one hand, the employment quality can significantly improve migrant workers'' subjective well-being:for every additional unit of the employment quality, there is a 1.1% increase for their subjective well-being. On the other hand, the family development capacity plays an intermediary role between the employment quality and migrant workers'' subjective well-being:the intermediary proportion reaches 47.73%, and the intermediary proportion of family consumption capacity is about 40.56%, which is higher than that of the family risk coping capacity and whose indirect impact on migrant workers'' subjective well-being is more remarkable.
