| 摘 要： | 随着信息化的快速发展,高校图书馆中智库的建设顺应了时代的要求,本文从依托图书馆建设的智库信息资源入手,阐述了开展信息资源服务的优势和高起点,从而发掘出建设智库时必不可少的三点要素:稳定的经济来源,精确地服务定位,完善的媒体战略。最后通过系统的分析、比较,找出符合图书馆智库良好发展的信息资源服务途径。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology, university library think-tank construction has conformed to the requirements of the times. This paper analyzed the information resource of university library think-tank with high starting point and advantages, and found the three essential elements of think-tank construction, including stable source of income, precise positioning service, perfect media strategy, and finally put forward the information resource service way fitting the good development of university library think-tanks through the systematic analysis and comparison. |
