Construction Practice of Cultural Inheritance Database in Western Heilongjiang

Qiqihar University Library has constructed the cultural heritage database for western regions of Heilongjiang by using its resource advantages, and it is of great significance for promoting science and education, culture, tourism and local economic development. This paper expounded the background of database construction, and proposed to use TPIV6.0 to design characteristic library and introduced the specific processes and methods.
