基于AIS信息的船舶自动避让决策研究

利用AIS提供的船舶动静态及航行安全信息作为避碰决策的信息源,可最大程度减少船舶碰撞事故的发生。文章借助船舶领域模型,确定了不同方位上船舶间的安全通过距离,构建了船舶自动避让决策系统。经模拟仿真,该系统能够正确判断会遇态势并作出正确的避让行动,对船舶的航行安全具有一定的积极意义。

Automatic Collision Avoidance Decision-making Based on AIS

Taking the dynamic and static navigational safety information provided by AIS as information source of collision avoidance decision-making can reduce the ship collision accidents in the maximum extent. With the help of ship domain model, this paper determined the security distance between ships in different ranges, and constructed automatic collision avoidance decision-making system. According to the simulation, the system could correctly judge the encountered situation and make the correct action to avoid collision, which had certain positive significance for ship navigation safety.
