摘    要:利用人工气候室控制实验过程中光照强度和二氧化碳浓度,采用称重法和茎流计法测定柑橘树植株蒸腾过程中的单位时间的蒸腾速率,以期得出不同光照强度和二氧化碳浓度因素影响下的柑橘树植株蒸腾规律。研究结果表明:二氧化碳浓度单独影响下,植株蒸腾速率随二氧化碳浓度的升高先增加后减少,一般在500×10-6时开始下降;温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度一定时,植株蒸腾速率在一定范围内随光照强度的增加而加快,但增长速度越来越慢,甚至出现减小趋势;光照强度和二氧化碳浓度同时变化时,植株在1个实验周期内蒸腾规律基本呈单峰曲线,光照强度越强,二氧化碳饱和点越高,蒸腾速率也越大,蒸腾速率变化也越快。

Study on the Effects of Light Intensity and CO2 Concentration on Transpiration of Citrus
Abstract:The artificial climate room is used to control the light intensity and CO 2 concentration ,and the weighing method and stem flow method are used to measure the transpiration rate of plant in order to conclude the effect of different light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration on transpiration law .The research results show that :under the influence of carbon dioxide concentration ,the transpiration rate of plant increases first and then decreases with the increase of the concentration of carbon dioxide ,and generally begins to decrease when the carbon dioxide concentration is 500 × 10-6 ;when the temperature ,humidity and carbon dioxide concen‐tration are fixed ,the transpiration rate of plant increases with the increase of the intensity of the light in a certain range ,but the growth rate is more and more slowly ,and even appears to decrease ;when light intensity and CO2 are both change ,plant transpira‐tion shows a single peak curve in an experimental cycle ;stronger the light intensity ,higher CO2 saturation point ,greater the transpi‐ration rate ,and faster transpiration rate .
