云南水资源与经济社会发展协调度的空间格局研究

引入协调度计算相关研究成果,选取与水资源密切相关的经济社会发展与生态环境保障相关指标,从水资源及其利用、经济社会发展和生态环境保障三方面,构建云南省水资源与经济社会发展协调度评价指标体系。分别以2007年和2013年相关数据为支撑,定量计算不同时段水资源与经济社会发展的协调程度,并根据综合协调度划分标准,对上述两个时段的协调程度进行类型划分,同时在GIS技术支持下,揭示不同时段云南省各市(州)水资源与经济社会发展协调度的空间格局特征与空间格局的变化特征。研究表明:从协调度的类型组成变化看,协调类型主要为协调和极不协调两种极端类型,水资源与经济社会发展协调程度的差异在增大;从协调度的数值变化看,水资源与经济社会发展的协调程度在下降;从协调度的空间分布变化看,处于极不协调类型市(州)的空间分布范围在扩大,而处于协调类型市(州)的空间分布范围在缩小。经济社会发展程度较高的滇中地区协调度较低,而经济社会发展程度较低的边境区域,协调度却较高。水资源空间分布与经济发展要素空间分布不匹配的格局并没有发生改观,并且这种空间分布不匹配的状态有扩大趋势。

Analysis of Spatial Pattern of Coordination Degree between Water Resources and Economy and Social Development of Yunnan Province

Through introducing the coordination degree calculation research results,several indexes of the economy and social devel-opment and ecological environment,which are closely related to water resources security,are selected to construct evaluation index system of coordination degree between water resources and economic and social development from three aspects,including water re-sources and its utilization,economic and social development and ecological environment protection.Based on the data of 2007 and 2013,the coordination degree between water resources and economic and social development is quantificationally calculated.The co-ordination degree in the two years is also classified according to the comprehensive coordination degree classification standard.Under the support of GIS technology,the spatial pattern in these two periods and spatial patterns of variation characteristics are revealed. The result shows that:from the aspect of the coordination type change,the main coordination types include the two extreme types, namely the coordination type and extremely uncoordinated type,and the difference of coordination degree between water resources and economic and social development is increasing;from the aspect of numerical change of the coordination degree,the coordination degree between water resources and economic and social development is decreasing;from the aspect of the change of the spatial dis-tribution of coordination,the spatial distribution range of extremely uncoordinated type is expanding,but the spatial distribution range of coordination type is lessening;the Central Yunnan area has higher economic and social development,but its coordination de-gree is lower,while the border regions have lower economic and social development level,but the coordination degree is higher;the pattern that the spatial distribution between water resources and the elements of economic development is not matching has not been changed,moreover,and the mismatch pattern has a tendency to expand.
