关于3月陕西榆林高危森林火险处置情况的调查

2015年初,榆林气温起伏大,前冬冷、后冬暖,降水过程少,无有效降水,属2001年以来第3偏少年,加之扬尘、大风等灾害性天气频发,造成3月榆林森林火险指数达到高危级别。林业气象部门联动,对林区全天候监测,准确及时预报预警,全省抓紧适宜的气象条件开展人工增雨,缓解了除榆林外大部分地区的险情。3月12日森林火险等级上升到高危级别,林业系统严防强管,主动预防和巡查,及时发现榆林定边出现火情,立即组织科学扑救,短时有效地控制了火情,处置及时,取得良好效果。

Investigation on the Disposal of High-risk Forest Fire in March in Yulin of Shaanxi

In early 2015, temperature in Yulin swung sharply with cold early winter and warm late winter, while the precipitation was rare with no effective rainfall and was the third less year since 2001, and dust, wind and other disastrous weather occurred frequently, which made forest fire danger index of Yulin in March in the high risk. The meteorological and forestry departments took action together to monitor forest region all days and send forecast and early warning on time. The government made use of suitable meteorological conditions to carry out the artificial precipitation and tried to reduce the fire danger of most areas except Yulin. On March 12, forest fire danger index was in the higher risk, the forestry department forced to strengthen the prevention and management and took active prevention and patrol, and then detected fire in Dingbian of Yulin timely and organized scientific fighting immediately, and thus made the fire under effective control in short time and achieved good results.
