Research on the Reader Service Work of University Library under the Ubiquitous Network Environment

Under the ubiquitous network environment, reader service of university library has changed greatly, including the change of reader's information behavior, the service content and service means, and the change of service space. To this end, university library should establish the reader-oriented service concept, and do well the network reading guidance and digital reference consultation service, to provide personalized, humanized and diversified knowledge service for readers.
