中草药添加剂对肉鸡肠道结构的影响

摘    要:为了研究以白头翁、黄芪、黄连、党参、大黄等药材组成的中草药添加剂对肉鸡肠道结构的影响。本试验选用1日龄健康Rose308肉鸡200只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的中草药添加剂。试验期42 d。结果表明:(1)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组均使得肠黏膜上皮结构完整,层次清晰;(2)Ⅳ组十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度均得到提高,21 d和42 d时较对照组分别提高8.92%(P0.05)、9.01%(P0.05)和23.04(P0.01)、8.52(P0.05);(3)Ⅳ组可降低42 d时十二指肠和空肠隐窝深度,较对照组分别降低6.80%(P0.05)和10.28(P0.05);(4)Ⅳ组十二指肠和空肠V/C值均得到提高,21 d和42 d较对照组分别提高12.22%(P0.01)、11.58%(P0.05)和32.02%(P0.01)、15.44%(P0.01);(5)各组肠壁厚度差异不显著(P0.05)。结果显示:肉鸡日粮中添加此中草药添加剂可提高小肠绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,增加V/C值,改善肠道黏膜形态结构,促进肉鸡健康生产,其中1%~1.5%添加量效果较好。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Chinese traditional medicine on intestine structure in Broilers. 200 one-day-old Rose308 broliers were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 4 replications. GroupⅠ was the control that was provided basal diet,groupⅡ to Ⅴwere added 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0% of medicinal herbs respectively. The results indicate:(1) GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ improved the mucosal structures of small intestine form in different degree.(2)Group Ⅳ significantly increased the duodenal and jejunum villus height,compared with the control that increased by 8.92%(P<0.05),9.01%(P<0. 05) in 21 d. Compared with the control by 23.04(P<0.01)and 8.52(P<0.05)in 42 d. (3) Group Ⅳ significantly reduced the crypt depth of duodenal and jejunum,compared with the control by6.80%(P<0.05)and 10.28(P<0.05)in 42 d. (4) Group Ⅳ significantly increased the villous height and crypt depth ratio (V/C) (P<0.01) of duodenum and jejunum,compared with the control that increased by 12.22%(P<0.01),11.58%(P<0.05)and 32 02%(P<0.01),15.44%(P<0.01)in 21 d and 42 d. (5) Each group had no significant effect (P>0.05)on intestine wall thickness of duodenum and jejunum. In conclusion,addition of Chinese traditional medicine in diet could increase villus height and V/C,reduce the crypt depth,and improve the morphological structure of intestinal mucosa,and 1%-1.5% addition proved to be the best.
