Abstract:The construction of Food Science and Engineering specialty based on the advantages of agricultural science was described from the five aspects,including drawing the plan of training the qualified personnels,constructing the course system,managing the practice courses,building the scientific researches and subjects,constructing the teaching team and curricula and so on,and thus to meet the requirements of the agricultural modernization in China.
