甘蔗生长前期铝胁迫研究初报

摘    要:通过溶液盆栽试验 ,研究在 p H=5下铝胁迫对甘蔗生长前期生长和植株营养元素吸收的影响。结果表明 ,铝胁迫条件下 ,铝浓度与甘蔗的根鲜重、株高、茎粗、叶片数、单叶面积、单株叶面积、地上部鲜重和干重、植株总干重呈极显著负相关 ,与根系体积、根干重呈显著负相关 ;与植株对 P、K吸收呈极显著或显著的负相关 ,与 Ca、Al的吸收呈显著或极显著的正相关。认为铝浓度 Al3+百万分之 12可作为甘蔗铝毒的临界值

Abstract:Research on aluminium stress to sugarcane in earlier stage was done by solution pot culture with pH=5. The results showed that aluminium concentrations invers-correlated with plant height, stalk diameter, leaf area, root dry weight, plant dry weight and plant fresh weight of sugarcane, and positive-correlated with calcium and aluminium uptaking. The critical concentration of aluminium toxic to sugarcane was supposed to be 12 ppm.
